Hi, I’m Archini— a business + philosophy student at UW fascinated by AI’s implications on humanity: if AI can replace so much of what we deem essential to being “human”, what’s left for us? Through an experimental cross of a Turing test and social deduction game, I hope to uncover productive fragments of an answer to the prior question.
Why did I execute this project?
I want to redesign the education system. But where education inherently involves identifying and maximizing human value to society, if an arguable skill-equivalent AI can simulate our intelligence, authenticity, and consciousness, what is the human UVP?
This project aims to identify, through the perspective of various chatbots, the elusive characteristics of humans that cannot be linguistically replicated. These insights will serve as the “human UVP”— what educational innovation must seek to hone.
This project is primarily concerned with AI emulation of “humanness”, how this manifests linguistically, and implications for human qualities like originality and authenticity.
